We wish to build lasting business relationships as well as ethical friendships that allow for trust to be built among our members.
The purpose of Network Siouxland is to build connections between business leaders. We wish to build lasting business relationships as well as ethical friendships that allow for trust to be built among our members.
We focus on finding the right people and expect each member to be honest, to do their best, to bring a positive attitude to the group and to their profession and to attend meetings regularly. We come together to help grow our businesses and to learn from each other.
While we hope to generate business referrals among members, we aren’t looking simply for leads and to aggressively sell.
We offer members a regular forum to promote his or her business and to give presentations on a topic they’re passionate about including charitable groups or non-profit boards that they may be involved with.
Our meetings are held each Wednesday starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 9:00 a.m. at the Marriott South Sioux City Riverfront. Each week we do something different, with everything geared towards helping our members grow their businesses and their leadership skills.
The first Wednesday of the month we have a presentation from a non-profit or a business outside of our group. We are proud to say that we give back to our community in tangible ways because we typically donate to the non-profits that present to us.
Other weekly meetings include Member Showcases, which allow us to learn more about each other and what we do, which in turn, equips us to make much stronger referrals. Other meeting topics include leadership training, business development, face-to-face meetings, and a report of referrals that have been made by our members.
